One of the more popular restaurants in Nikkō near Tōshō-gū shrine is Fudan Kaiseki Nagomi Chaya, and they specialize in yuba (the top layer that forms when making tofu). We went for a kaiseki yuba lunch course that consisted of about 9 dishes with several of them incorporating either yuba or tofu. It’s a small shop with a Japanese vibe, some of the tables have floor seating, and service is really good. This a great place to stop for some authentic Nikkō specialties.

I followed my parents to Nikko, A kaiseki lunch is also one of the reasons for a relaxing teahouse. Second visit! This shop is still popular (`・ ω ・ ´) You can't enter without a reservation Taste: Father said, the first time I came I was so impressed that he was crushing. Surely when I went the first time It seemed like there was no feeling that you were enjoying Yuba. . However, Yumaki Yuba and Tempura Yuba are still delicious. Yakimaki Yuba is so tasty. Service: There was a casual clerk. Atmosphere: The atmosphere is very old-style. COSPA: If you can fully enjoy Yuba at the 2000 yen level Is cospa pretty good? There are quite a lot for lunch and various yuba Enjoy (. ・ Ω ・.)

Tasty, beautifully presented meal not to far from the natural park and temples.

Questions & Answers

I was satisfied with the Yuba lunch course. Yuba specialty store Ebiya-san is the same store as Ebi-san, which is being opened and the hanging decorations made by the owner's mother are placed inside the store so that you can have a "warm" line.

Kaiseki for 1500 yen, Yuba kaiseki for 2,500 yen tax

I recommend a reservation! (I made a reservation before. I still don't know if I can do it, so please call ^_^)

I think there was a little.

The distance is short, but the passage to the door of the shop is narrow. There are table seats and tatami mats in the store.
